- 3 stiffly beaten egg whites
- 3 bananas, shredded
Directions

1Soak gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water for 5 minutes.

2Add 1/4 cup boiling water; stir until dissolved.

3Cool, stirring occasionally, until congealing starts.

4Add egg whites; beat until very light. Add bananas; stir lightly.
