- 14 large marshmallows
- 2 sq. unsweetened chocolate, grated
- 1/2 c. hot water
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 beaten eggs
Directions

1Grease and flour two layer cake pans.

2Melt marshmallows over hot water.

3Add 1/2 cup hot water and mix until smooth paste; cool.

4Add sugar and whip until creamy.

5Add sour cream and stir. Fold in flour, soda and salt mixture.

6Add beaten eggs. Pour into prepared pans.

7Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes or until tests done.

8Frost as desired.
