  • 1 c. Karo
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1 tsp. gelatin
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Beat egg white until stiff.

    Cook Karo to firm ball stage. Pour slowly over egg white.

    Soak gelatin in water.

    Add vanilla, salt and gelatin.

    Beat until shiny and thick.

    Makes 1 pint.
