Ingredients

  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 18 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate bits
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 12 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup chopped nuts

Directions

    Combine evaporated milk, sugar and salt in saucepan.

    Cook over medium heat until mixture boils; boil 2 minutes, stirring constantly.

    Remove from heat; add chocolate and vanilla.

    Stir until melted.

    Pour half of mixture in waxed-paper-lined 8 x 8-inch dish.

    Press marshmallows into chocolate.

    Cover with nuts, then, top with remaining chocolate mixture.

    Cool and cut into squares.
