Marshmallow Icing

Ingredients

  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 1/3 c. water
  • 1/2 to 3/4 bag marshmallows

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in top of double boiler.

    Mix with mixer until icing will make stiff peaks (10 to 15 minutes).

    Allow to cool briefly and then ice your cake!
