- 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1/3 c. water
- 1/2 to 3/4 bag marshmallows
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in top of double boiler.

2Mix with mixer until icing will make stiff peaks (10 to 15 minutes).

3Allow to cool briefly and then ice your cake!
