- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. cold water
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 10 marshmallows

3syrup, salt and water until it forms soft ball in cold

5Beat egg whites until stiff.

8syrup over egg whites slowly.

9Take 3 or 4 minutes longer, then add vanilla and marshmallows and continue beating until icing forms peak when lifted with a spoon, about 4 minutes. Makes enough for a large 3 layer cake.
