  • 1/4 lb. marshmallows
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. milk, cream or evaporated milk
  • 2 egg whites
  • 4 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Cut the marshmallows in small pieces with the kitchen scissors.

    Put them, with the milk, in the top of a double boiler; simmer, stirring, about 3 minutes.
