  • 1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut in cubes
  • 1 1/2 lb. pork link sausage, cubed
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
  • 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • pinch of garlic, pepper and salt

Directions

    Roll sausage and round steak in flour seasoned with garlic, salt and pepper; brown sausage and then round steak in oil.

    Add onion, then soup mix.

    Cover with water; let simmer 2 hours or until tender.

    Serve over white rice.
