  • 2 Tbsp. salad oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp. white pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. toasted chopped almonds
