Name: Masataka Swizzle
Ingredients: Crushed ice; 1 1/2 ounces Japanese or Scotch blended malt whisky; 1/2 ounce nut liqueur; 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice; 1/2 teaspoon Simple Syrup; 2 dashes of orange bitters; 1 mint sprig, for garnish; 3 dashes of Peychaud's bitters, plus 2 dashes for garnish

Crushed ice
1 1/2 ounces Japanese or Scotch blended malt whisky
1/2 ounce nut liqueur
1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon Simple Syrup
2 dashes of orange bitters
1 mint sprig, for garnish
3 dashes of Peychaud's bitters, plus 2 dashes for garnish

Directions

Half fill a rocks glass with crushed ice.

Add all of the remaining ingredients except the garnishes.

Set a swizzle stick or bar spoon in the glass; spin between your hands to mix.

Add more ice and swizzle again.

Garnish with the bitters and mint.
