Ingredients

  • Crushed ice
  • 1 1/2 ounces Japanese or Scotch blended malt whisky
  • 1/2 ounce nut liqueur
  • 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Simple Syrup
  • 2 dashes of orange bitters
  • 1 mint sprig, for garnish
  • 3 dashes of Peychaud's bitters, plus 2 dashes for garnish

Directions

    Half fill a rocks glass with crushed ice.

    Add all of the remaining ingredients except the garnishes.

    Set a swizzle stick or bar spoon in the glass; spin between your hands to mix.

    Add more ice and swizzle again.

    Garnish with the bitters and mint.
