  • 1/2 c. mashed bananas
  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1 pkg. jello butter pecan flavor instant pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped nuts

Directions

    Blend all ingredients in a large bowl.

    Beat 4 minutes at medium speed.

    Pour into greased and floured 10-inch Bundt pan and bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly pressed and pulls away from sides of pan.

    Cool in pan for 15 minutes; then remove and cool on rack.
