- 8 c. peeled, quartered potatoes (2 1/2 lb.)
- 1/2 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
- 1 pkg. Philadelphia brand cream cheese, softened (8 oz.)
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- Paprika
Directions

1Add potatoes and enough water to cover in 4 quart saucepan. Bring to boil.

2Reduce heat to medium; cook 25 to 30 minutes or until tender.

3Drain well.

4Mash potatoes, gradually stirring in salad dressing, cream cheese, onion powder, salt and pepper until light and fluffy.

5Spoon into 1 1/2 quart casserole.

6Sprinkle with paprika.

7Cover tightly and freeze.

8To serve, thaw casserole.

9Heat oven to 350°.

10Bake

111-1 1/4 hours or until thoroughly heated.

12Serves 10 to 12.
