- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- salt
- pepper
- garlic seasoning
- 1 pkg. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Directions

1Peel, slice and boil potatoes.

2In mixing bowl, combine potatoes, garlic seasoning, sour cream and cream cheese; blend with mixer on medium speed.

3Spread in casserole dish.

4Spread shredded cheese on top of mashed potatoes.

5Bake at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes.
