  • potatoes (6 to 8)
  • milk
  • butter
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 pie crusts

    I cut up and cook enough potatoes, I don't know, maybe 6 to 8 large.

    After cooked, mash and fix with milk, butter, salt and pepper as you would if you were serving in a plate, only you put into an unbaked pie crust.

    Then top with the other crust.

    Put slits in top crust, then pat with milk and bake 10 minutes at 425°, then at 350° until done (when crust is golden).
