- leftover mashed potatoes
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 onions, diced
- 1/4 c. milk
Directions

1Brown beef and onions together in a skillet until golden brown.

2In a greased casserole pan, make a 1/4-inch layer of mashed potatoes.

3Alternate with a layer of beef and onion mixture.

4Make as many layers as desired, topping is with mashed potatoes.

5Spread the milk over this and dot with butter.

6Bake in a 375° oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.

7Serve with a salad and a vegetable.
