- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 c. sour cream
- 4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Peel, cook and mash potatoes.

2Add rest of ingredients and beat well.

3These potatoes may be frozen or refrigerated before use.

4Approximately 1 hour before baking, add a little milk to fluff and bake, uncovered, for 1 hour in 350° oven.
