  • 5 lb. potatoes
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Peel, cook and mash potatoes.

    Add rest of ingredients and beat well.

    These potatoes may be frozen or refrigerated before use.

    Approximately 1 hour before baking, add a little milk to fluff and bake, uncovered, for 1 hour in 350° oven.
