- 3/4 cup milk or 3/4 cup cream
- 1/2 cup butter
- salt

Directions

1Boil potatoes in 3 c water in medium pan until soft, nearly mushy.

3Put potatoes and remaining ingredients in a large bowl.

4Using electric mixer, beat on high until fluffy and smooth.

5Beat longer about 3 minutes after you stop seeing lumps to make them light and fluffy.

6Add more salt to taste.
