  • 3 to 4 qt. mashed potatoes
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • half and half cream as needed
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese

Directions

    Add sour cream and Philadelphia cream cheese to mashed potatoes and whip together until desired taste is obtained.

    Thin with half and half cream until desired texture is obtained.

    Place in buttered casserole dish.

    Put some yellow shredded cheese on top.

    Bake one hour at 350°.
