- water, to cover
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 tablespoons margarine or 2 tablespoons butter
- salt
Directions

1Peel rutabagas and slice thinly.

2Put in medium saucepan and cover with water.

3Boil until tender, 30-45 minutes.
