- 6 pounds turnips, peeled, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325F.

2Toss turnips and butter in 13 x 9 x 2-inch glass baking dish.

3Sprinkle turnips with salt and pepper.
