- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1/2 lb. hamburg
- 1/3 c. celery leaves
- 2 tsp. curry powder
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lb. fresh or frozen shrimp
Directions

1Cook rice; cool or chill.

2Saute onions in butter.

3Add beef and rice; brown lightly.

4Add celery leaves, seasonings and shrimp.
