  • 3 eggs
  • 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp. grated lime peel
  • 1/3 c. lime juice
  • 1/2 c. whipped cream topping
  • additional whipped cream as garnish

Directions

    In a bowl, mix together eggs and milk.

    Gradually add in lime peel and lime juice.

    Stir in whipped topping.

    Pour into pie crust and freeze 3 hours.

    Serve with a spoonful of whipped topping on top.
