- 3 c. matzo crumbs
- 1/4 c. butter
- chicken stock (about 1 c.)
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. onions
- 1/4 c. celery with the leaves
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. rosemary
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. sage
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 1 tsp. marjoram
- 1 tsp. thyme
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Place matzo crumbs in large bowl.

2Finely chop onions and celery and add to crumbs.

3Measure out spices and add to mixture. Heat chicken stock until hot but not boiling.

4Whip egg slightly with fork.

5Add butter, egg and hot stock to the matzo crumb mixture.

6Toss mixture until moistened.

7Yields enough to stuff a roasting chicken or small turkey.
