- 1 sheet matzohs
- 1 egg
- butter
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- hot water
Directions

1Break matzos in a large bowl.

2Pour hot water over them.

3After a couple of minutes, pour and squeeze out the surplus water.

4Add cinnamon and egg and mix well.

5Melt a little butter in a frying pan.

6Make small flat cakes of the mixture in the butter.

7Flip them when it starts getting crusty underneath.

8Cook through until well done but still soft.

9Serve immediately, with brown sugar sprinkled on top.
