- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter or Passover margarine
- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 3/4 cup chopped chocolate chips or semi-sweet chocolate

Break pieces as need to fit, though it doesn't have to be perfect.","2":"In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, combine butter and brown sugar. Cook over medium to medium low heat until the mixture comes to a small boil. Then simmer for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.","3":"Pour caramel sauce over the matzah and place baking sheet in the oven for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 325\u00b0 if browning too quickly.","4":"Remove pan from oven and immediately sprinkle the chocolate over the caramelized matzoh with a spatula. While still warm, use the handle of hte spatula to break the chocolate covered matzah into squares or whatever odd shapes occur during the breaking process.","5":"Chill the entire thing in the freezer until set (maybe 30 minutes)","7":"You don't have to add chocolate and it still tastes yummy. Also would be a great sauce for dipping apples, pouring over sweet potatoes, etc.","8":"If not for Passover, try using graham crackers instead, then add pieces of peppermints :)"}
