- 1 graham cracker crust
- 1 c. mayhaw pulp
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 oz. or 1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. or 1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. whipped topping
Directions

1Combine part of mayhaw with gelatin.

2Warm slowly until gelatin dissolves.

3Combine with remaining mayhaw.

4In mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until soft.

5Add sugar.

6Beat until well mixed. Add mayhaw; mix in with cream cheese mixture.

7When thoroughly mixed, add whipped topping.

8Fold in until well mixed.

9Pour in graham cracker crust.

10Chill until firm.
