- 1 lb. shrimp (medium or large)
- 1 lb. bacon, cut slices in half
- 1 c. mayhaw jelly
- 1 bottle chili sauce
- 1/2 lb. butter, melted
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
Directions

1Peel and devein shrimp.

2Wrap a half a bacon slice around shrimp and secure with toothpick.

3Mix together mayhaw jelly, chili sauce, butter and garlic powder.

4Pour sauce over shrimp and marinate in refrigerator overnight.

5The next day, place shrimp on broiler rack and broil shrimp for five minutes on each side or until bacon is browned.

6Serve warm.
