- butter the size of a walnut
- 1 heaping tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Beat eggs.

2Stir in sour cream, vinegar, sugar, butter and mustard which has been rubbed smooth with a little vinegar.

3Put on the stove in double boiler and cook until it thickens.

4This will keep for several weeks in a cool place.
