- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 2 eggs or 4 yolks
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Mix flour, eggs, salt, mustard and sugar.

2Heat vinegar and water, not boiling, just warm.

3Add the egg mixture and cook until it thickens.

4Stir constantly so it won't scorch.

5This will keep in refrigerator for weeks.

6Great for potato salad!
