  • 2 c. cake flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 4 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 c. water
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

  1. 1
    Mix all dry ingredients. Add mayonnaise, vanilla and water. Stir by hand enough to mix all ingredients. Spray two 9-inch cake pans. Bake 35 minutes at 325° or until done. Allow to cool before frosting.
