  • 1/2 c. Hershey's cocoa
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 c. Miracle Whip or mayonnaise

    Sift the first 5 ingredients 3 times.

    Boil the water.

    Add to the Miracle Whip or mayonnaise; stir with whisk.

    Add to dry ingredients; beat well.

    Pour into a 9 x 7-inch baking pan.

    Bake at 375° for approximately 35 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
