  • 8 large fresh mushrooms (1 lb./450 g), 2-1/2 inch diameter
  • 1/4 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onions King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
  • 1/2 tsp. cumin seed
  • 1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Habanero Heat Cheese
  • 1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh coriander (cilantro)
  • 1 tsp. garam masala

Directions

    Heat oven to 400 degrees F.

    Remove stems from mushrooms.

    Finely chop enough stems to measure 1/2 cup; discard remaining stems or reserve for another use.

    Brush both sides of each mushroom cap with dressing.

    Place, rounded-sides down, on parchment-covered rimmed baking sheet.

    Heat oil in small skillet on medium-high heat.

    Add onions, cumin seed and chopped stems; cook and stir 5 min.

    or until onions are crisp-tender.

    Remove from heat.

    Stir in remaining ingredients; spoon into mushroom caps.
