- 4 raw potatoes, sliced
- 3 onions, sliced
- 1 (No. 2 1/2) can tomatoes, drained
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 4 slices raw bacon
Directions

1In a large casserole dish, place potatoes, a layer of onions and a layer of tomatoes.

2Brown hamburger and spread on top of tomatoes.

3Sprinkle rice over top and lay bacon on top of this. Add cold water to casserole until it reaches the top of the ingredients.

4Cover and bake for 2 hours at 350°.

5Serves 4.
