Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 4 c. hot tap water
  • 1 (2.7 oz.) box Swiss Knorr tomato soup with basil soup mix
  • 1 (12 oz.) can corn
  • 1 small pkg. green beans
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 3 beef bouillon cubes
  • 1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
  • 2 potatoes, cooked
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder

Directions

    Put water, soup mix and bouillon cubes in a 4-quart saucepan. Bring to a boil.

    Cover and simmer on low heat.

    Add rest of ingredients into soup, except beef and garlic.

    Mix beef with garlic.

    Push heaping tablespoonfuls of beef mixture into hot soup. Simmer until meat balls are no longer pink.
