- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 medium bottle ketchup
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 4 Tbsp. vinegar
- 5 Tbsp. brown sugar
- dash of mustard
Directions

1Mix meat, crumbs, milk, salt and pepper together.
