  • Any spaghetti sauce
  • 2 lb. hamburger
  • 1 lb. pork ground or sausage
  • 2 1/2 c. bread crumbs (Italian)
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. pepper
  • 1/4 c. celery
  • 1/4 c. onion

Directions

    Chop celery fine; add pepper, onion and rest of the ingredients.

    Make into balls and pour sauce over balls.

    Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
