- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 3/4 c. cracker crumbs
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 small green pepper, chopped
- 1/4 c. Heinz 57 sauce
- 4 Tbsp. water
- 1 can commercial pasta sauce
- 1 small pkg. fresh mushrooms (sliced)
Directions

1Heat pasta sauce and add mushrooms; simmer 30 to 35 minutes. Mix all other ingredients and shape into balls.

2Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes; drain.

3Add to sauce; simmer 15 to 20 minutes. Serve over cooked pasta.
