- onion
- green pepper

- Progresso Italian seasoned bread crumbs
Directions

1Put ground beef in a large bowl and crack in at least 2 large eggs, depending on amount of meat being used.

2Add some finely chopped onion, green pepper and garlic; then add bread crumbs, just enough to hold together when trying to roll into balls.

3Too much bread crumbs will make meat balls dry.

4Brown meat balls or just roll and drop into spaghetti sauce.
