- 4 slices bread
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, canned
- 2 Tbsp. dried parsley
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. dried oregano
- dash of black pepper
- onion and garlic to taste
Directions

1Soak bread in milk, add eggs and mix well.

2Combine with ground beef and rest of ingredients.

3Spread 2 tablespoons salad oil on cookie sheet; place meat balls on sheet and place in oven until brown, turning once.

4Simmer in spaghetti sauce for 2 hours.

5Good for sandwiches.
