- 2 lb. ground round
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 bottles chili sauce
- 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. water
- salt and pepper
- 1 c. grape jelly
Directions

1Mix beef, bread crumbs, water, garlic salt, salt and pepper. Shape into small balls.

2Combine chili sauce, jelly and lemon juice in a large skillet, stirring, until jelly has melted.

3Add meat balls and simmer uncovered at least 45 minutes.

4Serve in chafing dish.

5Makes about 7 dozen.
