- 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- minced garlic to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Mix together all ingredients as you would for meat loaf.

2Form into small balls; brown in frying pan. Drain grease and place meat balls in a baking dish. Cover with jar of spaghetti sauce. Cover with foil. Bake at 400° for 40 minutes.
