Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c. ketchup
  • minced garlic to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Mix together all ingredients as you would for meat loaf.

    Form into small balls; brown in frying pan. Drain grease and place meat balls in a baking dish. Cover with jar of spaghetti sauce. Cover with foil. Bake at 400° for 40 minutes.
