- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3/4 c. tomato catsup
- 1 to 3 c. water
Directions

1Combine first 7 ingredients.

2Shape into 12 balls.

3Brown in skillet.

4Combine catsup, water and 1/2 teaspoon salt.

5Pour over meat balls.

6Simmer over low heat 20 minutes, stirring frequently. Makes 4 servings.
