Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lb. ground chuck
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 can cranberry sauce
  • 1 (14 oz.) can Bavarian sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
  • 8 oz. chili sauce
  • 1 c. brown sugar (may use 1/2 c.)
  • 8 oz. water

Directions

    Mix ground chuck, bread crumbs, onion soup mix and eggs.

    Shape into balls.

    Place in dish.

    Mix remaining ingredients and pour over meatballs.

    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350°.
