- 6 hard rolls
- garlic salt
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 3/4 lb. ground beef
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. cream of tomato soup concentrate
Directions

1Cut slice from top of rolls and hollow out the center of each. Reserve crumbs for meat mixture.

2Season softened butter with garlic salt and spread on inside of rolls.

3Saute onion and pepper in 1 tablespoons butter.

4Soften bread crumbs in tomato soup and egg.

5Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

6Fill rolls with mixture.

7Place on a shallow pan (use nonstick spray) and bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.

8Can be made in advance and frozen.
