  • 3 pounds meat, cut in cubes
  • 2 cans golden mushroom soup OR 1 can golden and 1 can regular mushroom soup
  • 1 pkg onion soup mix
  • 1/3 c. cooking sherry
  • 2 small cans mushrooms
  • 1 c. sour cream

Directions

    Place cubed meat in bottom of buttered casserole.

    Pour mushroom soup over meat.
  3. 3
    Rinse cans out with water and add to meat.
  4. 4
    Then add 1 pkg onion soup mix and cooking sherry.

    Bake in 375° oven until almost done.

    The last 1/2 hour of cooking add mushrooms and sour cream.
  7. 7
    Serve on potatoes, rice or noodles.
