- 1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 3/4 tsp. ground coriander
- pinch of cayenne
- 1/4 tsp. or to taste fresh ground pepper
- 1 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 tsp. grated orange zest
- 2 Tbs. olive oil
- 1 3/4 lb boneless rib-eye steak, about 1 1/2 to 2 inches thick and cut into 1 1/2- to 2-inch cubes
- Sprigs of fresh cilantro or mint and yogurt
