Ingredients

  • 4 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 celery stalk, chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. plain bread cubes (croutons)
  • 1 can ready-cut tomatoes (Italian)
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire

Directions

    Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

    Heat oven to 325° and place mixture in a Bundt cake pan, pressing evenly.

    Bake, covered with foil on cookie sheet for 1hour.

    Remove foil and continue to bake an additional 30 minutes.

    Remove liquid with a basting bulb and invert meat loaf onto a serving platter.

    Garnish with parsley.

    Serves 6 to 8 people.
