Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground beef or veal
- 1/2 lb. sausage or pork
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. chopped parsley
- 1 c. soft breadcrumbs
- 1 c. milk or canned or cooked tomatoes
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp. salt
- pepper
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.

2If pork is used, cut it in small pieces and fry until lightly browned before adding to the other ingredients.

3Mold mixture into a loaf.

4Place on tough paper or foil on rack in uncovered pan.

5Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

6Serve hot or cold.
