- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. dry parsley
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
Directions

1Mix 1/2 cup mushroom soup with remaining ingredients.

2Shape into loaf.

3Place in shallow baking dish.

4Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.

5Blend remaining soup, 1/4 cup water and 2 tablespoons drippings.

6Heat and stir often.

7Serve with loaf.
