  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 large bell pepper, chopped
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. ketchup
  • 1 can mushroom soup

Directions

    Mix all ingredients, except soup, well and place in a dish that has been sprayed with Pam.

    Spoon soup over meat loaf. Bake for 1 hour at 400° or until done.
